I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were so Thai-modern, very comfortable, and sparkling clean, making it a great choice. The service was excellent, with helpful and friendly staff making sure everything was perfect. The location was superb, near some amazing food places, and even though there was no breakfast provided, it was not a problem given the great options nearby. The dining experience was a bit lacking, but the overall value for money was still good.

Staying on the 3rd floor exceeded my expectations. The rooms were exactly like the photos shown but had cobwebs hanging from the ceiling making it a bit dusty and musky. There was also a bad smell coming from the bathroom at times, which might be due to the Thai drainage system and the property's proximity to the khlong.

The rooms looked exactly like the photos shown, spacious, and were designed very well, but I found the price for what this hotel and room had to offer a bit high. The service, aside from our checkout experience, was super helpful and informative, although staff were not present at the desk most of the time. The location was excellent, very close to both the Siam Centre and MBK, but being near the main road caused some noise. The dining experience, although a bit poor with minimal options, did offer Dim Sum which was a plus. Overall, the facilities were good but could be improved.
